The Privacy Policy below governs your use of your Riding in Action services and any other features, technologies or functionalities offered by us (collectively “the Riding in Action Services”) (including, without limitation, any information you provide in relation to the Riding in Action Services).

To use the Riding in Action Services, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. In order to make payments through the Riding in Action
Services, you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information which is not stored information but handled by GDPR/PCI compliant processing services. information available upon request.

Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from Riding in Action to you. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship in complianace with GDPR, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Questionnaires, Surveys and Profile Data
From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users' interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself. As with any other business, it is possible that in the future Riding in Action could merge with, or be acquired by, another company. If such an acquisition occurs, you consent to the successor company having access to the information maintained by Riding in Action, including customer account information, and such successor company would continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended.

We communicate with our users on a regular basis via email to provide requested services. We also communicate with our users by phone to: resolve customer complaints or claims made by users via the Riding in Action Services; respond to requests for customer service.
